What We Look For:
ALL-AROUND DESIGNER:
- Primary focus on design and implementation
- Flexible schedule with specific availability for booked events throughout the year.
DUTIES:
- Designing, inflating, and building balloon sculptures, arches, columns, and learning to install balloon drops.
- An eye for design during set-up and delivery.
- Attention to detail is mandatory.
- Provides nothing less than impeccable customer service and continue to maintain these standards with all relevant parties you come in contact with.
- Have a basic understanding of balloons and a desire to creatively grow.
DRIVING:
- Must have a CLEAN driving record (2 points or less on your driving record for moving violations).
- Can drive our large company van for deliveries and installation of balloon decorations.
